Wilbinga Day Trip 12 July 2003

 McGyver (that's me) had arranged a day trip to Wilbinga for the Saturday 12/7/03

Original Gonefishing was coming but due to health was unable to make the Saturday morning, I hope you fell better soon Mate, I understand how you feel, I went through the same procedure.

So we had only two 4x4 on this trip. One was myself "McGyver " and the other one was Visitor " Clive" and his love wife and three siblings, and this was there second outing with West Coast 4x4 club.

We left the meeting point at 9:05am and headed out alone Wanneroo road to Wilbinga turn off, arrived and deflated out tyres down to 15psi, and head off to the beach.

As you may see from some of the photo that a fire had been through some time this year and it looked like a war zone. A few of the track heading to wards two rock were unpassable due the property own next to the Crown Land had bulldozed on the fence line and pushed dirt and tree over on to the track in some section, we just went around these section as some body had already had cut alternative routes.

A great day was had by all and the weather was fantastic.
